A Contextual Experience that is So Convincing

Led the end-to-end digital campaign design for the India market launch of a global pharmaceutical brand, delivered over a two-month timeline. To ensure the experience was grounded in local clinical context, I conducted 5 contextual inquiries with the medical sales field team, observing how healthcare professionals receive and process product information in real visit settings. These insights directly shaped the information architecture, visual system, and interaction design, resulting in a campaign that felt intuitive and credible to HCPs rather than adapted from a Western template. The launch contributed to $2M in product revenue in 2025, delivered through a coordinated multi-campaign effort.
