I assisted with research and design during the initial phase of this product’s development. We began with five observational inquiries in Chartered Accountant (CA) offices in India, where we studied how taxes are filed in practice. Based on these insights, we developed an initial concept focused on a modular design approach. The modules were created, grouped, and arranged according to user needs identified in the research. The layout was specifically designed to present complex dashboard functionality within a limited space.
